Return Policy

At Lucazon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with an item, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

How to Return an Item

  1. Log into your account and navigate to your order history
  2. Select the item you wish to return
  3. Choose a return reason from the dropdown menu
  4. Print the return label that will be provided
  5. Package the item securely in its original packaging if possible
  6. Attach the return label to the package
  7. Drop off at a carrier location or schedule a pickup

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be in its original condition (unused, unwashed, with tags attached)
  • Item must be in its original packaging
  • All accessories and documentation must be included
  • Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we'll process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund Timeline:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after we receive the item
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after we receive the item
  • Bank Transfer: 7-14 business days after we receive the item

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Perishable goods (food, beverages)
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
  • Items without proof of purchase

Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or style, you can request an exchange. Simply follow the return process and indicate that you'd like an exchange. We'll send the replacement item once we receive your return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@lucazon.com or call 1-800-LUCAZON. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Return Shipping

For most returns, you'll receive a prepaid return label. Simply print it and attach it to your package. If you prefer to use your own shipping method, you're responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective.
